Public Skate at Ralph Walker Ice Rink is open to skaters of every age and experience level — whether you're lacing up for the first time, bringing the family out for the afternoon, or just looking to enjoy some time on the ice, there's a place for you here. It's one of New Haven's favorite ways to get outside, get moving, and spend time together.

• Check in at the front desk before heading out onto the ice.
• Please follow all posted rink rules and staff instructions — they're here to keep the ice safe and fun for everyone.
• Sessions may change due to events, games, or ice maintenance, so it's always worth a quick schedule check beforehand.
• Dress warm — layers, gloves, and thin socks under your skates will keep you comfortable out on the ice.
• Don't have skates? Rentals are available on-site so you can just show up and go.
